Building Successful Teams
A Two Day Workshop.
Objectives:
- On completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify the characteristics of effective and underperforming teams.
- Discuss the need for effective teamwork through the development of motivational techniques.
- Describe and influence the typical stages of team development.
- Identify and critically examine the impact of preferred roles adopted by team members, including an examination of their own team role strengths and weaknesses.
- Identify and assess teamwork problems and develop methods of improving team efforts using problem solving tools and techniques.
- Identify and understand issues relating to style, support, trust, co-operation, stress and conflict in teams.
