A two Day Workshop.

Objectives:

  • To provide knowledge and awareness of the concept of “Organisational Culture”, and its links with the process of change. (Harrison)
  • To provide a focus for exploring and questioning our existing “Culture”, in terms of habits, traditions, Values, Beliefs, attitudes and the way we do things in the organization in general.
  • To examine the relevance of “existing culture “ within the team, function or organization in relation to where we want to be in the future, and what-if anything we might change or manage differently.
